To be honest, thier after care service is pathetic, I have been chasing thier after care team, your 90 day supervisor and even thier vendors which is not even my job!! It's frustrating and felt humiliated sometimes for going after everyone asking for help and none responding.i might have to spend extra 5 to 10k to get those issues fixed..if you are building with them, they will try to get final payment under the pretext that they will fix in 90 day Warranty. THEY WILL NOT. understand you like thier design, fit your budget and they have upper hand, it's just you will have to be ready to spend time and money to fix after handover issues and note they are serious issues
