Disgraceful service. Will be taking all future business elsewhere. My boys are 9 & 13 so a few $$$ to be spent in future . Bought a grey nich x181 in June last year. Handle broke in July this year. Kingsgrove refused to repair under warranty as outside of 12 months even though it was still only one season old which according the website is what it's warranted for. Anyway bit the bullet and paid $80 to have handle fixed within 2 weeks as my son needed a bat for training whilst the he knocked in the $250 bat we just bought as a replacement. Got back and handle at different angle than before. Son tried to use but straight away said it feels bent. Compared to new bat definitely at a different angle. Took back 2 workers in store agreed didn't seem quite right. Call to follow up and have Wilson/Winston 0apparently the Penrith store manager" dismiss our issue but after persistence agreed to send off and call us with what they think. This store is HUGE! It has supplies for heaps of different sports, although I mainly go just for the cricket supplies. They have a massive range and they have reasonable prices as well. The services they offer, such as coaching and net hire are also useful and cheap, and their staff are friendly. This is a great store!
