I purchased 10 products, over $200 worth. I was served by the boss and found this out later. When finishing what I picked, he placed my order in paper bags & placed on the counter. I even asked if this was everything and he said yes. I probably should've checked, however, since I asked I didn't feel the need to look.
When I got home (which is a 90 minute return drive) I found 2 items missing worth over $60. I called and the boss acknowledged he'd made a mistake and apologised several times especially when I told him where I live. I accepted his apology as we all make mistakes.
His words were "the guy would give him a hard time for his mistake and when I picked up the missed items, he would look after me for his mistake." Kingsley butcher is by far the best butcher that I have ever been to in Perth! They always have the freshest, tastiest meat. And the service is outstanding, I donâ??t think that I have once walked into that butcher without receiving a warm smiling face. There prices are quiet expensive, but you pay for the quality. I highly recommend the chicken kebabs, very tasty!
