Wayne catered a small intimate corporate dinner in our Potts Point Production office.
He was courteous on time and helped us create an amazing degustation menu. The staff are still raving about his cullinary skills. The presentation was second to none and the food was delicious.Nothing was a problem for Wayner he went above and beyong to make our night one of the most memorable occasions. Such a talented chef.
