Kingston Funerals

I'm so glad we found Kinsgton Funerals after searching for a funeral home to take care of mum after she passed away. We had no idea of all the things we needed to do and all the staff there helped us through all the paperwork and it culminated in a loving and memorable service for all of mum's family and friends to say goodbye. Thankyou.

We had to arrnge my uncle's funeral sadly. All staff were great, with the exception of Debbie. She has ensured we will never be using this company again. Hate to name names, but there was no other option than to go public.

We found Debbie in admin to be extremely rude and curt at every step, it was almost as though she wanted to make things difficult. An off-day is fine, but this was constant.

Will never use again which is a shame as all other staff were wonderful. Just don't want to have to go through her ever again.

I recently had to organise a funeral for the first time. Kingston Funerals were caring, utterly professional and competitively priced. I couldn't have been happier with the send off we gave my Mum. Friends later said it was the loveliest funeral they'd ever attended.

reputed to one of the more reasonably priced funeral homes, our experience with them was fairly positive. the representative who visited our family to make arrangements was not overly empathetic, but very capable, professional and efficient, we did alot of service and arrangements ourselves so there was not alot for them to do. would probably look elsewhere for our next occasion
