Excellent swim teachers - my daughter has leaned a lot from these classes. Helpful staff, and they credit you a family swim pass if you miss a lesson. recommended.

Truly regret signing up here. Our child's been attending lessons for over a year but has hardly progressed at all - he's practically the same as when we started! At $15 a lesson, I expected more. The water is horrible - maybe too much chlorine as my skin is dry and itchy after each swim, and the steps under water are slippery - indicating there may be too much mould or algae? There are black spots on the sides of the pool walls too. The teachers are friendly but management very ungracious and communication is poor. Now with no term holidays, you're forced to pay for lessons you can't attend if you need to go on holiday. I CANNOT recommend this place at all. Our friends and us have since quit and will NEVER go back.

Beware your pants! We were frustrated with this pool. After a year of swimming, my three children barely progressed (we were paying them $45 a week to teach our three children to swim), the kids spent most of the time sitting at the edge of the pool! The straw that broke the camel's back was they were careless with their cleaning, accidentally leaving straight bleach on some seats. Our clothes were ruined, and they said they refused to be out of pocket for it! We eventually were paid the equivalent amount to replace our clothes but were made to feel bad. Disgusting customer service by the management. The other staff are lovely!

oh ... My kids had lessons here. A year long. They barely progressed! I was very very unhappy. The kids found it very boring with loong waits before they could try to swim a little. They take every child one by one. For the waiting children this takes very long and they get bored standing around waiting! They now attend another swim centre and they have progressed well and love every lesson!!

I have been wondering if the staff and management at this pool are really compasionate about what they teach?

I have been wondering therefore if we get value for money?

They always starts the lesson too late and finish early...

makes me wonder..
