The place is absolutely apauling! The management is unprofessional, the receptionist is very unorganized and rude. Be aware of payments. They will rip you off with no shame. You’ll end up paying for classes you did not attend or they will bully and threaten you with debt recovery agency. absolutely disgusting service! Stay away!!!

What an experience. Took my child for an assessment. The results were very concerning to the director as my child was below average. What my child has received fantastic results got a band 8 in maths but according to tutor required 2 lessons are week?! The director did not let me take assessment to show teacher the results which was odd. I agreed to the lessons and changed around other activities to fit in the tutoring. But I still had an uneasy feeling how was my child so below when the results from school were good. I called the school teacher to check and assured me there is nothing to worry about. It was mentioned by the school teacher that tutoring centres create hard assessments to get kids in the centre. I raised my concerns with the tutoring place. After a day of agreeing with lessons the tutoring place called me and said there were no spots left. I also had a feeling the director would do that. Stick with your instincts parents.
