Kirby is also a qualified Sports Therapist. She has a large interest in working with athletes, shown through her 6 years of work within football clubs (5 in VFL, 4 in AFL ? 3 crossover years).

Kirby uses a range of soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, cupping and dry needling techniques.

Her work with North Melbourne football club over the past 4 years has allowed her to expand on her skills working closely with a range of physiotherapists, doctors, exercise scientists, strength and conditioning coaches and other soft tissue therapists. With Kirby?s interest in sports, she holds strong skills in sports massage, injury prevention and exercise prescription.
