Kirkham Homes helped me design an enviromentally friendly house that fit my block and looks better than anything i could have ever dreamed of. Both Teri and Steve were there from start to finish letting me know everything that is happening with my home on a weekly basis. I changed my mind about a few things throughout the building process, however, they were always open to changing things around to suit my needs.
The craftsmenship of the trades is amazing - have been living here for a just under a year now and went back into their office in Sunbury the other day just to let them know how happy i am with my new home. The house perfectly fits my busy families lifestyle, and could not be happier. Would highly reccomend these guys - couldn't wish for anything more.
Kirkham Homes designed my home to fit on my block with no additional cost. I have lived in my home for twelve months and have had no maintenance required. No more painting windows or decking each year, like my previous home. The staff were very helpful throughout the building process. I used to receive a customer care call every Friday to inform me on the status of my new home. It was also a great chance to ask any questions I may have had at the time. I Love my new home would highly recommend Kirkham Homes.
Our house is just a few weeks from completion in the Mt Holden Estate, so far we can do nothing but praise the fantastic work Kirkham Homes have done building our house! There were no hidden costs, the initial quote given remained the same price, the choice from the builders range was wonderful, we picked our entire interior and exterior using choices from there builders range! All extras we required, for example extra TV points in rooms & concreting, were reasonably priced and clearly shown as additions to quote. Steve Kirkham drew up a plan for our house and was drawn up within 24 hrs for us to review! The staff has always been friendly, professional and helpful at all times. Wait till your house is finished and it starts falling apart be very careful. Their workmanship is disgusting
My experience is far worst than what Cira is saying. Totally bad workmanship and our house is not yet finish and its bad and non conforming to the building standards. I'm getting the Victorian building registration board involved to put them under the microscope.
