Do you dream of joining a choir, but are put off at the thought of auditioning?

Would you like to improve your singing in a fun class environment with other adult beginners?

Come along and learn the foundations of singing and start to enjoy your voice with more confidence.



The next 10 week course begins on 4th May, 2016

Wednesdays 6-7:30pm

10 weeks at only $300

This course is designed to give you an overview of some singing technique and musical concepts.

I hope you will enjoy your singing more and more as the techniques help you to tackle vocal difficulties and/or any anxiety you have about singing.

Course structure:

Throughout the 10 weeks, we will work on a number of songs as a group, focussing on 2 in particular which we will arrange with solos and harmonies as the term progresses.

I will also ask you all to choose a song which you would like to work on individually throughout the 8 weeks with a view to performing it in front of the class in week 10. Throughout the course, I will schedule you all in for short individual lessons to work on your songs.

Each class will include:

Warm-ups and exercises

Revision

Group singing and harmonising

At least 1 new vocal technique or musical concept

Opportunity for solo singing (only if you want to!)


Throughout the course will continue to revise and practise the techniques we learn.
