The general staff at this post office are wonderful and always well mannerd and very helpful.
I recently had an instance where a registered article that required ID to be collected was given out to the wrong person, in the 5 days I waited for the return of MY package I never once received an apology or an offer of compensation or even a truthful explanation as to how and why the error was made.
The person who made the error just made feeble excuses in the background about being understaffed and under pressure from their call centre trying to put the blame on someone else for their stuff up.
Be very, very careful when collecting parcels at this post office, ALWAYS compare the name and address on the package given to ensure it is your package.
