My car is currently at a reputable mechanic having the front left side wheel bearing and hub replaced after Kissin charged me a bomb to "fix it" a few months ago. They have completely stuffed the car putting a whole lot of glue on it!! They're unreliable, unprofessional, over-charges. People go somewhere else,,,,,anywhere else. Wouldn't want this experience again - using this mechanic that is
PPL, just to let you know that I am now getting many texts from this business as they're not happy I'm sharing my honest experience with them. It's not good for business to ignore customers calls when they're not happy with a service - we share our experiences
Literally could not ask for more from a mechanic. Honest, serious attention to detail, affordable pricing (doesn't charge extra to come to you and I did a maintenance course for $15!! What can you buy for $15 these days? Regardless, it was definitely money well spent). And here's the unusual thing - Matt actually does what he charges you for (I'd just come to accept that taking your car to the mechanic means getting ripped off) and does even more that he doesn't charge you for. At the end of the day this is a mechanic who takes a great deal of pride in his work and it shows. Which is great news for everyone - customers are happy and Kissin Mechanical are sure to quickly build a very loyal clientele.
Please note that I am not affiliated with Kissin Mechanical in any way. I just felt the need to give credit where credit was due.
