It's nearly 12 months since kitchen addiction started my kitchen.... For over 8 months my doors have been in getting painted... . I'm so over them .. Do not put in your kitchen with this company
Janwaggy - I too am waiting on some panels to be finished and trimings to be put in place. I have spoken to them and have said that if I do not have a definite date on when he is completing my kitchen by 9am Tuesday that I will going to Fair Trading to make my complaint as well. Lucky 90% is complete for us & what is done is great- but when you pay a good price, you expect it to be finished!
It's been over 1 year 2 months and still not finish .. Still rings me and tells me he is coming that day and it's always a no show ..
After waiting 4 months, I tracked down a paint shop in North Wyong seeking 4 doors that we need for our kitchen to be finished off . The doors were not there now but the management were helpful and confirmed what I thought, they were aware there were many people with little things needing finishing. They has impounded a completed kitchen 3 weeks ago while waiting to be paid. Same as the other comments below - I cannot get through on the mobile, they do not respond to SMS messages nor e-mails. We've been around to their factory unit to find our doors but they are missing. Their work was top notch in our odd shaped room, but sadly they are not taking care of their health, committing to too much. I'd be happy to pay them if they had only stay in touch and actually commit to finishing.
Well if he does come this week I'm looking to go to fair trading the taxation office and the local paper and see if they will run a story on them
Have waited 6 months for them to finish my kitchen paid $9,500 and I text and phone and I get no replies. I have a part of a kitchen.. My brother has paid $11,000 and has even less kitchen than me ..... Do not pay them up front...
Well it's going into the eighth month and it is suppose to be finished tomorrow ... Stay tuned... I'm betting it won't happen

we appear to be having similar issues with our kitchen also! I would like to know what paths you have gone down to try and get your kitchen complete - if it is complete yet? We too have paid a lot more now and only have our framing in. Workmanship is really good, just extremely disappointed with the how slow things move and the lack of communication.
Coming up for 10 months still not finished... My doors have been in to the painters for 6 months...
Brett and his staff a professional and friendly. Their work is above comparison. They even clean up afterwards.

Really all I can say is you must of been their only customer at the time .. 10 months later I'm still waiting for this professional to freaking finish my kitchen
Management and their staff are far from being professional, I signed my contract 12/06/2013, & still waiting for panels to come back from the painter. I am very disappointed as I have been very understanding. I will not be recommending them to anyone purely because they are unpredictable. I have also been around to the factory to collect panels as they told me they would be ready some weeks ago, yes you guessed it nobody in sight & the skip bins full of rubbish, maybe I should have looked inside them my panels might have been there. I have no more time to wait I need to get this finished. Yes, you know why I'm very very sad.
