This was the worst online shopping experience I have had. What a nightmare. They took our order, took our money and never heard from them again. An endless stream of phone calls, emails and complaints gets you nowhere. I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading also. Still waiting for a refund after 6 months.
They offered me a refund when they couldn't supply an item and have not paid in spite of 10 emails. They have only answered the phone once where on the 17th February they stated that they had had a change of management and would refund the money in 2 days. This has not occurred. A dispute has been lodged with Paypal and a complaint has been put through Fair Trading. I suggest everyone else does the same. If you keep searching the internet you will find heaps more horror stories from Kitchen Discounts. Never buy from them.
Never use kitchen discounts. They have no ethics, no communication, no regard for customers. By far the worst online shopping experience of my life and this is echoed throughout the internet of other with similar experiences. They take your money and leave you with nothing until you have made 100's of phone calls and emails just for a product to arrive months late with a price tag stating you overpaid by $50.
