I'm very happy with the kitchen that's just completed in our flat in Randwick. Whilst yes the time line may be extended, the final product is worth it. In comparison with our friends who have also undertaken new kitchens, I don't feel we went through anything unusual for a kitchen renovation. Kitchen Excellence has replace my mum, my sisters and now my kitchen. 3 very different styles (modern, transitional etc. ) and we're all very happy with the outcome.

Unfortunately, a friend recommended this company to me to get them to do my kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen took over 4 months to install. People have told me that with other companies, it can be done as quickly as 1 week! The bathrooms look adequate, but the kitchen has many problems which have not been fixed, the benchtop has scratches in it, the cupboards have scratches in them, and don't shut properly. The stone wasn't installed correctly.
I'm happy with everything else in my renovation except for the joinery. the company have not been careful with the work. Also they have been very difficult to deal with and will not address the problems that have occurred. My builder was also very frustrated by dealing with this company. Please be careful.
