I bought a Magimix Vision Toaster for $499 and the lever would not depress to hold down the toast after ONLY 8 days. The store policy does not replace nor refund! Their store policy is to repair. You have to bring it to the authorised repairer to CONFIRM that it doesn't work as staff at KitchenWitch are NOT ABLE to assess that the lever will not depress!!! (I offered to provide a slice of bread). Save yourself angst and shop elsewhere.
