No one in the showroom - only a voice over the speaker should have alerted us that this wasn't a normal business. The owner eventually came over but didn't listen to us - he did have a lot to say. Same at our house, lots of him talking, not listening or answering questions. Have waited over two weeks for the quote which he promised would take 3 days. We were left feeling we had been visited by a "tripper". Very disappointing!
