Kitchens Plus are a key subcontractor to my builder UIH for a 10 townhouse construction (10 kitchens, 10 laundrys, 20 bathrooms, 10 bbq cabinets). The site has been ready for them since Late november 2017 and as at 7 February nothing has been done on site by Kitchens Plus.
I understand from my builder that there is a big backlog of works at Kitchens Plus which is delaying my project.
I also understand that Kitchens Plus had a four week shutdown over Christmas (22nd Dec - 22 Jan).
Reading the reviews below makes me concerned that Kitchens Plus are going to let both the builder and I down...I hope I'm wrong.
Kitchens Plus can you actually do something that matches your verbal commitment and prove to your clients that you can provide a quality , efficient service for which you are getting paid.

Late last year, we have our kitchen done by KitchensPlus, though it was not cheap, cost over $25,000 and the management promised to finished in two weeks once it started, it turned out more than a month to finish it. There are all little problems along the way, if not carefully checked, it is no way to get it reverse. eg, there was a large crak left on my tiles even they first promised to replace the old tile, by the time the tiler doing it, they just got lazy to leave it on and patched up a large crack. My water filter was installed wrongly, the turning switch was facing the wrong side. The bench cesore stone is stained easily, not as goog as promised. And more over, one of the big cupboard door fell off during opening, nearly hit my wife on her head. Dan Wu contacted kitchensplus with a warranty claim. Kitchensplus left 4 messages on their phone for them to call back how ever they did not. They called on a Saturday and spoke with us asking why we had not contacted them. when we explained that we had left 4 unanswered messages, they confirmed they do not return calls,.The following Monday our staff attended their property. we replaced a hinge that had been broken and cleaned the dirt from the caesarstone and all was good. there is always 2 sides to every story, We are passionate about our business and are proud of what we do.

Had an appointment booked for 12:30pm on Saturday well in advance (around 3 weeks) after seeing them at an expo. Was really looking forward to the quote as they were one of the only companies who would be able to undertake all of the renovations we needed done.
I had a missed call to confirm appointment, which I returned and left a voicemail confirming the 12:30pm appointment that weekend. On saturday I was busy with other companies getting quotes etc, and wasn't able to answer my phone.
