BEWARE!
Our experience with ‘Kitchen Works’ was extremely stressful primarily due to very poor customer relations and communication skills with the owners. There were too many issues over the course of four months to go into so here are the main ones:

My wife and I had a new kitchen done through kitchen works. The owner has good ideas and designs and although we are happy with the finished product, we feel the process going through them was not worth the hassle. The owner has very poor customer service, he is quite rude. He uses all different tradesman and expects the home owner to organise the times for all the tradies, he just gives you a trade sheet with the date that the tradies are booked but he doesn't communicate with the tradies and we ended up with several double bookings. He takes a long time to return calls, if he does at all and he does not check on their work or come around for an inspection. As soon as he has your money, it seems like an inconvenience for him to deal with you further and you have to be home regularly to let tradies in because he does not supervise any of the work being done.
