Reminds me of home (KiwiLand) ... There's no airs and graces or frills about this place, but the staff are SO friendly and the fish and chips are just how I like them... A nice touch was the homemade profiteroles special one night pre-Xmas. There was a different 'special' every pre-Xmas night ... and the possibility of 'raw fish' for Christmas Day if the right fish was caught. We pre-ordered, but unfortunately these fish weren't biting and true to their word they rang personally to say it wasn't happening, before I drove down ... Really impressed with the service.
