Kiwi Style Fish and Chips

Bought the `Kai for two' for my partner and I. It was pretty expensive but I thought it was probably because of how big the serve would be. Now I'm not a big eater but I can say I was definitely still hungry after my half and my partner, well he was still starving after his. We ended up making sandwiches after we had eaten! The food was tasty but the portions were way too small for the amount they charge.



To me that is not kiwi style. Kiwi style is tasty, hearty affordable food. Please make your portion sizes bigger.

Stumbled across this amazing fish and chip shop last night. The menu had everything and the food was delicious! At a great price. But the tip of the cake was the great service! Since moving from Melbourne to Sydney in the last 2 years, I'd be tempted to say you rarely come across 'great food, great service, reasonable price'. Read this review on menumate - "These guys have successfully bought what was World Famous in New Zealand and smuggled out of NZ KiwiStyle Fish n Chips. Beautiful!! True to the name." Checked it out and yeah I know what he's talking about now. Wicked!

The fish and chips are always fresh and the hamburgers are like nothing else. I told a number of people about the outstanding fish and chips, esp. the kumura chips.
