We too are very unhappy with this business, we had an order in for 3 months, was reassured that the order would be ready soon until finally they left us high and dry with no service and then told us they would not do the order. Very disappointed.

Very unhappy that order not received yet even after being given a very strong assurance that the order would definetely be delivered first day of second term which is way too late then being told that it is still not going to be arriving till next week maybe. Can't say how many people are unhappy with this but there are heaps
