bought a new ix35 from these "people" a few years ago. it has been in to be serviced about 8 or nine times for over a year. it keeps randomly dropping out of gear while you are driving (automatic) , just keeps on happening again and again. It is unsafe. Manager wont return calls or emails , Hyundai says take it back to them to fix it every time , have demanded a replacement or a refund at the counter almost coming to blows with the service manager. Have spoke to the ACCC who cant do anything . IMO avoid at all costs. And IMO the cars are bad quality, just shiny image. More than 0 stars is unjustified .... IMO
Bought one last week from Klosters Hyundai Newcastle great car but sorry to say bad customer service and dodgy salesman
When i first ring the dealer ask the price they said $22500 for active diesel so i done my finance from my broker all the money paid and everything when i picked the car up and ask for my $1000 gift card they refused and said they diacounted in the car price what a dodgy people even the paperwork they send to me on my email doesn't say discounted gift
But when i pick up the car and sign the contract they add to it in fine print as a special condition
Careful with that dealership you might be the next target
I am taking this matter to ACCC for the wrong and false misleading advertising
Before you buy a new car from kloster Hyundai, be sure to read up on car salesman tactics, you will get them all at this place.

I bought a second hand i30 from here recently and I have to say that bwalkerwas is being honest in this comment. I had the same experience!
I left the dealership feeling disrespected, manipulated (although I didn't let them manipulate me) and generally feeling bad. How's that for customer service?
