Kmart

The customer service at Kmart in garden city/ Perth is pretty bad. I bought some pj's for our little one there and saw at the check out that one was very dirty (kind of glue on the bottom of the pants) so I went to the ' courtesy desk ' and asked if I could please swap the pants and showed the staff why..... Staff was so rude no word of sorry or anything just asked short for the receipt, asked me three times what i did with the tag on it. As it was 2 pieces in one, the pants had no tag. I got a bit confused cause staff was so rude straight away, but finally found the tag on the top. When I went to swap it I saw that all of those pjs looked kind of dirty like the one I bought and thought I'll let staff know but seemed to get even more upset with me and didn't even bother checking herself....
