This particular Kmart (Campbellfield) has got absolutely poor service. I'm usually very forgiving and not picky, but my last bad experience has complelled me to write a negative review. I wanted to exchange an item, they lady at the entrance told me to go to the checkout/pay desk, at this desk the lady told me, no worries, just do your Shopping, come back to this counter and I'll process it, I asked for the location of the trolleys, she told me ask the lady at the front, I went back to the front to ask for a trolley, now the lady at the front then questioned why I'm holding an item to return and didn't have a "ticket", I got a ticket from her and the trolley, I proceed to shop and filled the trolley, went back to the counter/pay desk, the same person then told me after waiting in line for a while, that she cant process it and I needed to go to a returns counter... Worst looking Kmart I've ever been in. Store was a mess with merchandise just laying in the aisle. And not just a couple items, there was stuff everywhere.... Upon leaving I (as polite as i could) asked an employee what was going on (maybe they had 5 people call in sick?). He defended the appearance and said I'd probably never been in a busy Kmart before..... Ok. yeah that's it.
Store is definitely run with no pride.
Like other Park in the northern suburbs but always full of teens and seedy acts. Nights bring carpark burnouts, loud music,large group of young disrespectful locals.Two weeks ago instore sounded like a party out back in warehouse with yelling and gestures,even got a loud speaker callous at midnight...
The Good? Store security always return a smile and greeting I vote stop the 24hours trading as then after the locals get takeaway at 1am they would have to go home to there parents..
