Disappointed, I came on to buy a pair of steel cap work shoes same pair my manager wears when I saw the shelf there were only 3 pairs and they were like giraffe size so I went looking for assistance , finally I found a staff member , when I politely asked if there were any more my size she snapped and said 'no more' 2 words then walked off.

I like to try and give local business support instead of going online but sadly here it has failed so this sale is going elsewhere.

Where I work if I didn't have something I would ask if the customer could wait while the stock comes in and I would get their details.

The Internet isn't ruining local businesses with online purchasing

The shops are doing it to themselves.

Definitely One of the bigger/better kmarts, the staff are also really lovely and helpful.

Great store. Huge range of products. Good prices. Part of Westfield Helensvale, has a lot of parking.

Nice large store with spacious layout. Good specials and large variety. I have found though that their specials items tend to become a little bit like tournado victims in that they can become mixed up together and all over the place ( even amoungst normal priced items). Their layby department has always been friendly and reasonably quick even with times like their big toy sale with layby til xmas. Shoe isles have always been a problem with shoes constantly all over the floor and not always stock of advertised products but as a busy store and cheap pricing for most items it can be overlooked.Parking is good if you don't mind the walk.Overall a good shopping experience even with small children.
