Cheap products but very cheap quality. There is no customer service within this store at all.

Love their homewares, great quality products that are quiet stylish for low prices. Customer service is pretty average.

As much as I love Kmart’s products and pricing, it feels as though every time I walk in there’s stuff absolutely everywhere and customer service is always non-existent. The customer service isn't in any means bad in my opinion, they just seem like they’d much rather be elsewhere.Every time i've aksed where something specific is, they just point to the other side of the store and smile as if they've really 'gone out of their way'. The shelving is always muddled up and messy. I guess you get exactly what you pay for, wouldn’t go back.

I feel like Kmart have gone a long way down hill with quality over the last few years but in saying that it's a good place for a bargain and good if you don't need it to last. Staff are few and far between on the floor if you have a question. But you're not paying for service!

Large store, has variety of items. Front door staff are very helpful and friendly. But can never seem to find someone to help while shopping around the store.
