Kmart

Customer Service Desk lady, Savannagh, is extremely rude, humiliating customer, very poor service. She was arguing with a customer, holding the line longer, speaking to customer loud and rather threatening attitude and left the customer, walked away. She should never be working at the customer service desk.
The other staffs at the register and the store are very all helpful and professional. I have been a regular customerfor the Kmart for 15 years, now should I move on to others because of this lady?

Staff members were really rude, they were pretending to be busy as if they didn't have time to talk with customer, never coming back to this kmart. Worst customer service ever experienced

I was leaving Kmart and one staff was chatting and she asked me to open my bag rudely. And I really don't like customer services.. it's a shame !

Kmart is what it is, cheap, average quality products, mass produced and lacking in originallity. The only products I find ok are kids stationary and kids clothing (cheap so if stains come on them or they get torn I don't feel bad throwing them away), but the rest doesnt last long, especially adult clothing, camping gear, all cheap products, imported from China.

This store itself is a lot of times messy, especially shoes area, they are lying on the floor.

Customer service is ok, product can be easily returned and refunded, that is actualy great about them, prices are low, but you can't expect too much from that.

You have to wonder how many customers leave the store not getting what they want because of poor service.

It would seem that customers would be a distraction to the business of stacking shelves and collecting money. Is that what we should expect from a KMart? I think not?
