I've visited Kmart at Vic Gardens on a number of occasions, predominantly looking for paint, hardware, kitchenware and lighting. On all occasions I have experienced empty shelves, low stocks and staff who are too young to understand customer service. I feel I will never find anything I want at this store because they are always low on stock and don't seem to update their inventory.
The product range in this store is fairly good as the stock range is diverse and changes on a regular basis. The staff are always helpful, especially the time I needed assistance locating a cosmetic package, although I must admit I do find the staff member checking bags at the front entrance a bit confronting. There are plenty of bargains to be found, and you could probably do all your Christmas shopping in this store if you so wished. The product self-scanner located in store is also a helpful service. All-round, a worthwhile stop on your shopping trip.
