Kmart

The customer service at Kmart Toowoomba is poor. They don't focus on the customer service aspect and don't want to help you. I was just asking where a certain item might be and the employee said nope sold out and was in a rush and didn't take the time to help I later did find the item that was apparently "sold out". I now know not to ask for help its not worth it and it's a waste of time.

Advice in the electronics section is great, especially considering I had no idea about my new camera, and they really helped me out! Prints here are good, and staff are willing to help you with anything! Although theres not much of a selection of dvds or videogames, there are almost always cheaper then bigger videogame stores such as EB or GAMETRADERS. Kmart in general has improved greatly over the past 3 or 4 years, and offers a great range of good looking clothes and shoes! I bought a nice pair for only $12 and they lasted over 2 years, after I wore them almost everyday! Toy sales in the mid year are also great!

I found the staff at this store to be very polite and very efficient when dealing with them over the past few weeks in the lead up to xmas. Found there phone access to use your credit card to pay your layby very convenient.
