Kmart

If a store is open for business it must have at least 1 register open.
Poor service levels from management rather than staff. Cost cutting to the bone, service levels going down again.

I don't go to Kmart much but everytime I step into brandon park's Kmart I get tripped over from stock lying all over the isle and all they could say was a "sorry". Not a happy customer

Rather quiet at times, makes for a pleasant browse. Always plenty of reduced price items. In particular what makes this kmart such an enjoyable place to shop is the service, which I can genuinly say has put many a smile on myself and my family. Familiar faces add to the community feel. Standout service people off the top of head, Genevieve at the photo end is very happy to give assistance no matter how small or silly, Rachelle who is always eager to help with anything and goes out of her way to do so and Jessie who refunded my money for a 2 yearn old faulty blender. Special mention to Dianne and Christle at the front door, very charming. I will be complimenting these and other peoples work to the store manager. Highly recommended!

Brandon Park Kmart is probably one of the quietest Kmarts you will find. It is a great place to find something that has sold out at all other Kmarts. The service is not always the best, it can be hard to find a staff member but when you do they are generally helpful. They tend to have better specials and discounts than other Kmarts so always look for the markdown racks and tables to get a bargain.
