Knight's Brake Specialists

I oredered some rubber seals for my ap racing brake calipers that I needed to get my car going again so I could work. I was told there were being sent over night and would be there the next day. Without my car I cant work and made it clear I would pay any extras to have it asap. The next day they did not arrive and was told they were missing and would be re ordered and come in tomorrow. The next day was told we didnt re order as the courier should have them and would be here the next day. Went in the next day and got the we are looking into it they should be here. I had enough and went to another brake shop near by and he was able to get them in the next day. I wont name the shop but it was kept and run to such a high standard you can tell just by walking in that this guy knows brakes and takes a lot of pride in his work and workshop. Still have recieved a call to say my parts have arrived and I dont think I ever will.

Absolutely No customer service After brake service, brakes froze One week later could not even take a look to assess problem. Not interested at all & told to make an appointment for next week. Dont depend on business that wont check thier own Work! Not impressed in the least pass it on.
