I have dealt with this company since Jamie the present owner was only working there as an employee, they have been consistently good.
Recently I was locked out of my home because a lock on a door from another company wasn't unlocking and I couldn't think of anyone else to call, he came around personally unlocked it and then sent someone around to fix it for me wonderful service from a reliable company.

I have found the guys at Knobs & Brass extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provide a reliable service, regularly supplying me with a good range of compliant door hardware and associated items.
I’ve also purchased high quality, made to order signage from them which my customer was very happy with.
Always my preference to buy from here - I usually only go elsewhere if an item is needed urgently and is out of stock on the day.

I just wanted to have some drawer pulls replaced which were faulty ( I was even happy to pay for them as I've had them for a while) I've now been stuffed around for 4 months. When I dropped in recently to check on progress they were too busy chatting with their staff making a delivery who came in after me, while I was ignored. As if to ad insult to injury they've lost the sample handle I left with them - now I'm missing not only the handles that were faulty but the sample as well. NOT HAPPY JAN.



I will be going elsewhere next time.

I defy anyone to find better service than is provided by this company, I have been there twice; would not consider going anywhere else in future.
