Master Teachers, Nicky Knoff and James E. Bryan, have refined the Knoff Yoga System over 70 years of combined experience and through direct study with the Masters of Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga to offer you the highest standards for best practice & teaching .

Knoff Yoga School is based in the beautiful tropics of Cairns, Queensland, Australia. The yoga school offers 4 levels of Public Yoga Classes. Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Workshops and Yoga Retreats occur in Cairns, throughout Australia and Overseas.

Knoff Yoga can offer you a variety of yoga learning and yoga teaching experiences using The Knoff Yoga System to enable you to reach your full potential.

Public Classes are open and there is no need to book! Simply show up 10 minutes early and join in . If you have not been before we do ask you to complete a brief Health Questionnaire form.

We supply all yoga equipment, including top quality mats. All you need to bring is a towel.
