Koala & Tree

I’ve browsed the Koala & Tree Nunawading store before, but with a 60 percent discount at the end of the financial year I decided to buy an ensemble of pieces. The rustic, bohemian, handcrafted, mixed media (wood, cow hide, metal fittings) furniture particularly appealed. The RRP for my choices was over $8000. In theory. They seem to have perpetual sales giving the impression stock is drastically reduced – but the base price is significantly inflated for the quality of materials and workmanship. i) Limited delivery hours. Waited one week. The furniture comes packed in gigantic boxes. For a $50 – good value - fee you can get them to unpack everything. The cardboard mountain on my front verge will be collected by Council next week. ii) The dining chairs need assembly. I told her I hate Ikea flat packs. Stressful! “Easy to assemble” she said. Just want to say a huge shout out to Simone in the Essendon DFO Store. Her Customer Service surpasses any expectations. It's been an absoulte dream dealing with her. There was an issue with one of my pieces that I had previously purchased, Simone and Johnson from the warehouse dealt with the situation in the most professional and timely manner, making sure I was extremely happy with the outcome. I totally recommend going to see Simone and her team at the Essendon DFO store for any of your furniture needs. Expectional sales and service. You won't be disappointed. I will definitely shop there again.

What amazing quality and service !!!
We had been looking for just the right lounge for about 6 months and had stopped looking.
Passing by Koala and Tree at Essendon DFO we looked in the window and right in front there it was - and on sale (never happens to us).
Exceptional service when we walked in - not pushy, very helpful. We looked and sat and walked the store and sat some more and went away to think - still with smiling staff as we left.
