Extremely over priced for the standard of accommodation. There is no website for apartments they have on New Street Port Macquarie. This is because its terrible. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels which are far better quality for far less price. I was mislead about the standard of accommodation and was extremely disappointed when I arrived. For $200 a night you would expect there to be door handles on your bedroom door, a TV that works, Windows that can be opened, no missing blinds on the windows, And the secure car park that is promised not be full of rubbish forcing you to park on the street where there is no parks. Like I said there is far far better for a lot less.
I agree was overpriced. We paid $99. No visual contact with managment. We had to call on mobile each time. Had to buy our own milk and was told we would be reimbursed, but was not. Water all over the toilet seat and floor in bathroom. Overhead light in no. 3 did not work. There was no tissues, washer, blow dryer or shower cap. Only one extra pillow. TV sound was muffled.Had to enter security code to enter unit. not very secure as we had two rooms and security code was the same just changed the room number. Stayed last year and had no complaints and tariff included breakfast. But standard this year is poor and would not recommend to stay at the Koala Motel in Port Macqurie.
