I have first hired Andrew to do a desktop deploymentl. Very basic level 1 stuff on conjuction with a dedicated remote support team. The job was completed but I the communication and reporting back to me very poor, but at least the job was done.
He also offered his services as a cabler, then Iater I did offer a very simple but important job. Full job description was provided, flexibility of hours and no restriction of budget.
Andrew showed up to the site and had a big attitude to me and the client saying he wasn't informed what the job was and informed it wasn't possible to get the job done on the day (Wednesday). Than it was reschedueld for Sunday at 11 am, then Sunday at 10 am, then Thrusday at 4pm. Then called at Thrusday at 3:30 pm to cancel the job and saying he doesn't not care about it.
I highly don't recommend Andrew because of it attitude, poor communication and lack of profissionalism/politeless with the client.
Sounds like the expereince on several occassions we had with him in the past many years ago. Would turn up, things got hard and he'd quit or throw it back on us as being our problem. Almost like he was doing us a favour being prepared to do the work.
