I don't sign in to join kogan first membership Kogan put me in system to joining kogan membership and taking my $79 i try to cancel and contact them but they say unsuccessful and they put me on hold for waiting cancel , it's kogan I want to cancel kogan first membership and refund $79 for me now
I brought a Samsung A70 through Kogan. Received it 3Apr 2020. Inside the package, I found that the box containing the mobile had the Seal label broken. Inside was chinese written warranty & instruction. Logged a job with Kogan straight away who, passed me onto their (marketplace sellers) Digital Store rep who replied that the seal was properly broken by customs. (no customs label on it) as for the warranty 12 months - one needs to send it to Melbourne. I wanted to returned the phone and asked for a refund of money. No go. As for Kogan there is a link in the [email protected] to lodge a dispute but guess what you can't do it as there is a list of options but doesnt have one to a lodge a dispute. From this time forward I will not be purchasing any more items from their Marketplace sellers. Kogan doesnt have a good display to warn people that they are purchasing through a marketplace seller. I can't get aphone number to complain. Worst assist ever.

I have tried to port my existing mob.no.to Kogan since a whole week and I have encountered the complete incompetence in their mobile customer service.
They are hopeless and cannot solve any internal matter that they are the only ones that can get their hands into.
Through their fault and inefficiency they lack professionalism and care toward customers.
Where is the backup and old fashioned service that Kogan cannot provide.
Shame on you Kogan.By the way not even their team leaders can perform such a simple task.
