Kohinoor Indian Restaurant

Some weeks ago we were up in the gold coast for a short weekend vacation. We came across this little restaurant after strolling along the gold coast highway and picked up a brochure earlier. We decided on takeaway and ordered the following Malai Kofta, fish korma with garlic nanna and saffron rice. Price wise for the takeaway dishes I found to be quite reasonable, a little more for the fish but that was expected. The meals were quite pleasant, as generally were quite picky with the choice of Indian food, but given it was an unfamiliar city and only reading a few reviews to ensure it was a reasonable well known restaurant, we took the punt and placed the ordered. Overall enjoyable and well cooked. Great little restaurant, the service was friendly on pick up also. If I was to return to Gold Coast area again I wouldnt mind returning again to try some different meals.

We'd been looking for a great indian on the gold coast for years when i friend suggested this place to us, best !!! Not too salty, not oily, just perfect! So happy we've found it :)
