Koko Black

The Koko Black brand is starting to become a very familiar brand name that is associated with high end chocolates. I've purchased from them before, premium chocolates individually hand mad. The last I purchased was a mix of everything, some were really unique and nice while others nothing special. The service was nice, if you ask they would often provide you with a small sample of a chococate they have available for customers to try. Overall ok, nice as a gift apart from that I can probably say I've had nicer chocolate elsewhere without having to pay the premium that this retailer is charging.

Wasnt pleased with my first experience at Koko Black Highpoint. Fancy looking well known franchise, i was there to look for a present knowing it would be exclusive and special. Everything was nicely displayed and looked really good. The little pieces of chocolates all looked well put together. There on the shelf was a nice box in a few different sizes, not knowing what types of chocolate were inside the closed boxed i opened it and was very pleased. Ready to purchse that same box i opened, the staff came up to me and if i opened up the box, i said yes and the staff said very bluntly that i should not have open it as they would have to discard it because i have exposed it to the open air. The staff also mention that a lot of people always do. Well if that was the case, put up a sign to let customers know not to open up the boxes.
