Korean Restaurant

No longer 'GangNam', this restaurant has significantly deteriorated.

The menu was limited. The 4 banchan dishes were below average. I ordered the healthy option of Bibimbap, which can only be described as average. The Japeon, Korean-style pancake with seafood and shallot, was undercooked.

Give the bathroom a miss. The toilet tank was missing its lid!

Overall, very average Korean food.

Formerly known as Jang Dory, this Korean restaurant is located blocks away from the busy Strathfield area. The place is very spacious and has easy parking, both on-street and free indoor parking nearby.



Whilst servers in Korean restaurants are usually friendly, the servers at this place were highly friendly. We had kids running around while he was cleaning a table nearby and he still responded with genuine smiles.



The food was quite nice and everything was generously portioned. There was one cold noodle dish we havent seen before at other Korean restaurants so we decided to order it. I found it very interesting since the noodle was served with ice but did not lose its taste.



After we finished the meal, they generously gave us complimentary authentic Korean dessert. I found it to be a very enjoyable experience for them to entertain us with their culture by giving us something that was out of the menu.
