Kosa Hair Studio

I went here for the first time the other day n will definately not b returning again. Due to their own products not processing correctly I was stuck there for 6 hours, then was over charged an additional $100 above the quoted price. After all that it still wasn't as blonde as I had asked for n wasn't even to the root. Ifthis wasn't bad enough they all spent the entire time relentlessly pushing their products. I wish I had listened to the warnings I heard before having to pay $360 for an average result.

I have been going to Kosa Hair Studio for many years. Mostly because of the high standard that i have received at each an everyone of my visits. This is not only in regards to the service and expertise of staff but in regards to the friendliness and how attentive they all are.

On another note the actual salon is amazing you think you are walking into a hair studio in Toorak, awesome decor. I must say that i have really enjoyed my visits especially at the new salon, the new chairs at the wash basins are amazing, talk about luxury!!! I am very happy to recommend Kosa Hair Studio wholeheartedly. They will not disappoint. Fantastic work guys' keep it up
