Just got dinner from there tonight. The staff took our order and was confused as they did not know the burgers they had on their menu, it seems they may have changed the names of the small burgers perhaps. Managed to figure it out then when the other staff called us to collect I noticed there were no burgers. They were still on the staff so the fish and chips sat on the bench top going cold while they completed the order. When we got home we found that the bacon and egg burgers were in fact simply grilled bacon and egg sandwiches as there was no burger patty at all on either of them. Very disappointing indeed, won't be going back.

I ordered $6 chips and a chicken burger. I went back 15 minutes later and was handed a parcel of chips. I said to the girl there should be a burger aswell (thinking she had just missed it when she picked my order up) the lady who originally served me came over and said "no! You ordered a chicken breast!" I replied" no, I asked for a chicken burger"



So she replied, louder, You asked for a breast otherwise I would not have written that down!!!



This was in a shop full of people and was very embarrassing! I would never ask for a chicken breast do I KNOW I did not order that. Mistakes happen, but you fix them, or at least apologies for the misunderstanding, not abuse your customers in a shop full of other people.

Never had a problem - always quick & efficient. Value for money.

The paid staff are good, food is terrible. Wont answer the phone if ringing to place order during peak times. One staff member has blatantly ignored customers while having a personal discussion which lasted almost 15 minutes, even turning their back on us!
