Shi Heun Krav Maga is a powerful, practical and effective martial art. Incorporating Karate, Judo and Boxing, this style uses continuous explosive techniques to take control of situations.

Taught in simulated real life encounters, Shi Heun equips its students to take control of many forms of attack. From a single drunk aggressor to a group of armed attackers, the Shi Heun philosophy is about taking control to eliminate the threat.

Originating in Israel over 50 years ago, it now has thousands of students and is the official martial art of the Israeli army: IDF (Israel Defence Forces). It has been recently brought to Australia by one of the style's best instructors. He is a fight champion and experienced armed forces instructor.

From the first training session, his students are immediately exposed to usable techniques. The teaching style immerses its students into the likely situations they may face in the street. So if a threat does arise, a student is not overwhelmed but instead takes control.
