Warning - don't use Kresta if you expect to get good product and service you pay good money for. Had awnings quoted - the sales person was very nice and the quote is the ONLY thing that went right with this business. After they took deposit 50% of total!!! that was the end of good service. Before we paid deposit they promised installation within 2-3 wks (as apparently they weren't that busy). They never returned calls and I got all sorts of excuses (including 'back of the contract says.... and you signed') and in the end an apology and finally after couple of months awnings were installed. Couple of days after installation we noticed they were getting very creased and loose, flap around like curtains - nothing like what we were sold. Rang them again and again (calls not returned, failed on promises again to call back .....) to finally get the installer to come out.
