I have ordered blinds 8 months ago and am still going through the process. It has now been 8 months. I have never been so exasperated with a company in all my history of dealing with people. My Blinds have broken several times, they have still not been fixed. And the blinds that were measured incorrectly, I received a call 5 weeks after they brought the incorrect blinds to replace them, only to be told they do not have the fabric. From the initial realization of the blinds being the wrong length, it has now been 3 months. Ridiculous!!!. The sales assistant is nice, but can only do a lot of good talking, in the end the company behind them has to deliver the product. They do not comunicate with each other and each step seems to take 6-12 weeks. Its so disappointing to wait that long, to then find out it has all been done incorrectly again. Do not use them. Its not worth the headache. Spend a little more money and get your blinds from someone who can deliver them.
- The curtains and blinds were delivered 5 weeks after the set delivery date. We had to sleep in the living room because the bedrooms were exposed without the curtains!
- Inconsiderate/rude contact person at 03 9855 8555, no apologies at all for the delay!
- Delivery guy showed up on the doorstep without a phone call, when we were not at home. Ended up delaying installation for one more week.
