I placed an order for Basswood shutters in APR 12. After waiting 10+ weeks for manufacturing, they had been mismeasured. I waited a further 10+ weeks and when I had not heard from Kresta I followed up. They advised that the delivery of the shutters will be delayed by approximately 2 weeks (no apology offered). I have been waiting close to 6 months for my order (which has been paid in full already). Who knows how much longer it will be. Communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing.
