Kresta Blinds & Curtains

WASTED MY TIME. Had a "free measure and quote" booked in for this morning, but the person from Kresta Lidcombe never turned up. No call. Nothing. I was an hour late into work as they couldn't come early enough to fit in with my schedule. I called them afterwards to find out what had happened, and they made some lame excuse about not having the correct number for me (despite calling me a number of times already) and wanted to book again. No thanks Kresta!!

We wanted to get blinds for our new house before Christmas. We went in at the start on Nov and were told the cut of is the 28th of Nov to get the curtains before Christmas. We chose our materials and got the measurements done. They took weeks to get the quote to us we had to keep chasing them for it, when we got it we told them we wanted to go ahead with it but they made an error on the quote so had to adjust it. Again it took them ages to fix the quote, they still havn't fixed the quote and now they said we can't get them before Christmas, so we had to go with someone else. I wouldn't recommend them.
