Krista is caring, kind, helpful and professional. She assisted me with my confidence and self esteem while I was going through what I would describe as the worst time of my life. She geniuenly cares for her patients/clients and I always felt supported and never judged. I trust her and could tell her anything and everything.

This lady was very rude when I told her I felt unsafe in area suggesting that I jump fences stealing furthermore stated need to quit Drinking completely because it's bad for you, I opened up on first appointment received rudeness, she refused to do TAC funded appointments saying it's too hard doing TAC paperwork, so I had to cancel then further appointments then she said well sorry it would've never have worked that she feels the same about cancelling.
I would suggest to find another competent psych..
Thank you for your review however a few things need to be clarified. I make it clear that if you do not feel safe in the area I am located then you need to find another Psychologist in an area where you feel safe. I would never expect otherwise. Also, I specialise mainly in Medicare counselling and Workcover clients and you are right I do not have a lot of TAC funded clients which is why I am happy for you to go elsewhere where you can be assisted by a Psychologist whom specialises in this area. I need to be honest with you as to my experience and limits with assisting you - why waste your time? As for the drinking.... I work with clients to achieve safe drinking levels depending on their wants and needs however some may need to cease drinking completely - each case is different.
I wish you all the best, feedback is always good - especially as a reminder that clients to not realise we don't specialise in everything!
