Worst haircut and colour ever. The young hairdresser coloured the roots (too dark) then basically used the same brush to paint the colour through the rest of my hair in patches. She cut my hair like 'Edward Scissorhands' from the movie. I told her to stop but the damage was done....it was a mess. I was charged $145 even after I had made it clear I was unhappy with the results because she hadn't listened to a word I said. In hindsight I should have refused to pay for such a botched job. I felt awful on holiday. Someone even asked if I'd been attacked by a lawnmower....I said yes.
I was disappointed in this business's service and won't be returning to it. I was a first time customer and I asked for a haircut. It cost me $47 and I was in the hairdresser's seat for all of three minutes. The hairdresser didn't even offer to mist my hair - let alone straighten to finish or style it a little. I walked out of the hairdresser and the rest of the family couldn't even tell I'd had a haircut! This was supposed to be a special "pamper"treat for me as it's been many years since we've been able to afford a "proper" haircut and my hair has grown to waist length. It takes my husband one and half hours of labouring in the hot sun to earn $47. The one star is for the fact that the salon was air-conditioned and I was comfortably cool for the three minutes it took to "tidy" my hair. This salon obviously doesn't consider winning repeat customers through value-for-money service to be a priority in this economic climate.
I went to get my kids haircuts they were so nice all the girls in there are very friendly they were so good with kids and resononably priced. went back next day to get my hair done had a whole new style cut and i love it best hair cut i have had in years and once again the service was marvellous. got a shampoo and conditioned coffee for under 50.00 very very happy with them will def go back,
